I had a friend visit once from Germany and as we pulled into my parent’s suburban neighborhood he said “wow…everything looks like a golf course…” and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t meant as a complement :)

We were really lucky to buy a house that had an almost entirely (and beautifully) landscaped front yard…the back yard is a different story! I will have to post a picture of that sometime…once we get to that part of the project that is our house/garden! I will have to check out your ideas for larger areas of grass when you post them.
