The Monday Update

"Get that camera out of my face!"
Six week old chicks (are they pullets yet?) are really hard to photograph. They never stand still! I managed to snap off a few pictures worth posting…they should be outside in a week or so and then I won’t be doing the Monday update anymore as they will be relatively full-grown. As you can see from this picture they are pretty much fully feathered; the Americaunas have beautiful long feathers down their necks:

Looks like the scare with one of your pullets that we had on Sunday turned out to be nothing! I’m so glad she stopped lying on her side and started acting like her old self.
I know I’m late posting a comment, but I was just looking at those pictures again and your chicks are looking beautiful.
