quick update: we got our first load of gravel tonight. this stuff will go under the shed/chicken coop and there should easily be enough to put a layer under the deck where it is always muddy by the basement door and also, maybe, between the deck and the compost bin. at any rate, it means we can re-build the shed once we get the gravel moved from the pile it’s in to the corner of the yard.
